Life at Sky is never boring! Alongside the amazing opportunities we have to grow as professionals, we get to be part of different diversity working groups that aim to make Sky a better and more equal place. I’m a member of Women@Sky, and our goal is to provide everyone with the space and resources to recognise and change their bias and behaviours. I find it very rewarding to be involved in creating positive cultural change within the business.
In my day-to-day, I work with a range of people from different departments and levels – both techies and non-techies. I help to manage our tech vendors, and my team and I maintain several enterprise software used by Sky employees for content management and ad sales. In my job, I get to find the right solutions to problems and transform ideas to reality.
I look forward to bringing better entertainment into more people’s homes in the future. I’m excited for new projects and new opportunities to collaborate more closely with people across the Sky Group, and for the chance to make a trip or two visiting other Sky offices around the world.
