We are looking for you to join the HR Talent Management & Culture Team.
What you’ll do
- You'll work closely with the change managers on Sky's most important change projects in different departments (e.g. company-wide introduction of agile ways of working)
- In the projects you're (co-)responsible for the creation of the project plans & the support of the implementation of the change management measures
- You enjoy designing and organizing workshops, employee events and training measures
- The preparation of various communications in different formats & channels is part of your daily business
- You're keen to further develop methods and tools related to change management and to bring them into the organization.
What you’ll bring
- You're enrolled at a university & you've already some professional experience, e.g. through internships in the field of project management / change management.
- Your strengths include very good general MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint
- Ideally, you're familiar with agile working methods and online collaboration tools (MS Teams, virtual whiteboards such as Mural or Miro)
- You describe yourself as an organizational talent & team player
- With your analytical thinking ability and high level of initiative, it's easy for you to familiarize yourself with tasks
- Good communication skills and knowledge of English round off your profile (both verbally and in writing)
