Our Retention & Prevention Campaigns Team is looking for a br> br>
What you’ll do
You're responsible for the development, implementation and control as well as the monitoring of activating multi-channel CRM campaigns in the area of retention and winback
Yo're in constant and close coordination with the other campaign managers of your team and various internal departments (e.g. Communication, Business Intelligence, IT, etc.)
You'll also coordinate with our Customer Service and Digital Operation departments
The continuous evaluation, monitoring and reporting of relevant KPI developments of the campaigns is also part of your tasks
What you’ll bring
You've studied economics, business administration or similar, have been working in CRM, marketing or business intelligence for at least 2-4 years and are familiar with the digital environment
You've been able to use your excellent analytical skills (also in the use of appropriate tools) and have acquired solid knowledge in campaign management
You understand the Pay-TV business model and are good at developing unconventional solutions
In addition to your enthusiasm, you've excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good German and English language skills and very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point, complete your profile
