What you’ll do
You'll create forecast models that help to precisely predict the inbound contact volume
You quickly recognise changes in customer contact behaviour and adjust the forecast models accordingly
You increase efficiency by automating internal processes and tools
Your day-to-day business also includes providing call volume and resource plans as input for the operations management of internal and external call centers
In addition to identifying drivers for non-achievement or deviations, you also develop improvement measures
You'll be actively involved in team projects
What you’ll bring
You've a degree in mathematics, statistics, economics or business administration or a similar qualification
You've experience with statistical forecast models and can implement them in R or Python
You can create queries on different databases such as MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL
You've experience in modelling complex situations
Very good analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities are among your strengths
Your independent way of working and distinct ability to work in a team distinguish you
You've strong communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English is a matter of course for you
