What you’ll do
- You're responsible for the implementation of projects in your area of responsibility, such as the implementation of our digital contract for our hotel customers
- Above all, you'll take care of the optimization of process flows
- You'll also be responsible for the continuous monitoring and reporting of processes and process qualities and will continuously develop these with new ideas
- Additionally, you'll support the process team in day-to-day business and in the implementation of audit controls
What you’ll bring
- You're studying Business Informatics, Computer Science or Business Administration and you've already gained initial experience in working with CRM systems
- You can prove your very good analytical skills and your distinct problem-solving competence through practical experience
- Your strengths include teamwork and communication skills
- A very good and practical knowledge of Excel distinguishes you and you're ideally familiar with programming VBA
- Good German & English skills round off your profile
