What you’ll do
In your role, you'll ensure a high level of service quality for our employees as well as high data quality in your daily work
This means that you give our employees feedback on the status of their requests and make sure that they are completed on time
In addition, you'll monitor compliance with our service levels and, in cooperation with the HR Services Team Leader, take measures to ensure that they are met
Your job is the independent processing of personnel changes, e.g. by drawing up contracts, supplementary agreements, works council hearings as well as various correspondences in German and English
You maintain and update employee and job data in our HR tools Persis & SAP HCM
Supporting and advising employees and managers on HR issues is also part of your daily business
Good cooperation is a core value – you'll ensure this as an interface in data management with the HR Payroll department and the other HR teams
Finally, you'll support the continuous quality and efficiency of our operational HR processes by introducing process improvements
What you’ll bring
You've gained a university degree in economics with a focus on human resources / organizational psychology or a comparable education in the human resources field
Within the last few years, you've been able to gain initial professional experience in personnel administration and communications
In addition, you've already gained experience and knowledge with the HR systems Persis & SAP HCM or other HCM systems
Your thinking is highly independent, as are your actions
As a communication talent, you can score with your open and service-oriented manner
Above all, your strengths include a quick grasp of new concepts and a high willingness to learn and perform
You're a real team player, flexible and approach topics proactively
Very good German and good English skills
