What you’ll do
- As a member of our transformation team, you'll be responsible for the implementation of large, complex, cross-functional projects of great strategic importance
- In this context, you'll regularly lead the activities of more than 50 people across the company
- You'll be able to lead end-to-end delivery – defining what falls within and outside of the programme's remit as well as changes thereof – and keep executive sponsors up to date throughout
- You act as a mentor for other junior members of the team and based on your long experience you'll influence the strategic direction of the projects you are responsible for
- You enjoy driving strategic change in your company as well as leading your projects through all relevant phases of the project cycle by developing effective project plans, identifying key tasks & priorities, and defining milestones dependencies, risks & issues
- In addition, you'll be responsible for monitoring project progress and ensuring that key decisions are made by the right people and are communicated
What you’ll bring
- You've gained at least 8-10 years of experience leading end-to-end delivery projects with proven success in defining & driving transformational programs in large organizations – previous experience with complex system integration and IT based projects is a plus
- Within the last few years, you've been able to acquire experience at delivery of programs run under Agile / SAFE methodology
- You are used to inspire others and to act through your decisive leadership style
- Apart from your very diplomatic and cooperative manner, your strong sense of tact is part of your strengths
- Above all, your excellent communication skills and your ability to present highly complex situations in a simple way defines you
- Thanks to your self-confidence and credibility, it is easy for you to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including our leadership team
- You describe yourself as a collaborative team player and your working methods as extremely effective and results-oriented
- A real knack in Excel, Powerpoint & MS Teams – knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus – with a good command of English
