What you’ll do
You'll work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of anti-piracy behavior analysis is part of your job
Moreover, you'll assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques and you'll develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
You'll use predictive modelling to improve and optimize anti-piracy KPIs
Development and engineering of prototypes in Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the analysis of large amounts of data, oriented to the development of behavioral models for multiple applications (anti piracy, anti fraud), is part of your daily business
Collaborating with investigators and intelligence analysts to apply state of the art techniques in the research and development of AI prototypes and applications sounds fun to you
What you’ll bring
You've a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, statistics, physics, mathematics or a similar field and at least 2-4 years of professional experience
You've previous experience in Machine Learning (ML) and optimization of scientific computing libraries as well as in using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
You're confident in working with and creating data architectures
Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks distinguishes you
Moreover, you've knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, social network analysis, etc.
You'll bring experience in analyzing data from 3rd party providers (Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Coremetrics, Adwords, Crimson Hexagon, Facebook Insights, etc.) & in distributed data/computing tools (Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Gurobi, MySQL, etc.)
Experience in visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders using Periscope, Business Objects, D3, ggplot, etc. and strong development skills in Python are among your strengths
The ability to rapidly prototype ideas/solutions, to develop critical analysis, and to use creative approaches to solving complex problems sets you apart
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are a matter of course for you
