What you’ll do
You'll apply forensic tools and techniques to examine and evaluate digital or physical evidence driving piracy prosecution
Conducting network forensics and forensic captures are also part of your responsibilities
You'll take care of producing investigation case reports and statements for criminal and civil prosecution
Assuring implementation and maintenance of ISO 17025 standards are part of your daily business
You'll identify and recommend continuous improvement of workflows as well as of the employed techniques
In addition to that, you¿ll support existing relationships, you'll develop new ones with partner agencies and organisations & you'll undertake specialist industry trainings
You enjoy travelling to occasionally support law enforcement, mostly within Germany, occasionally to UK/Italy
What you’ll bring
You've at least 5-6 years professional experience and at least 3 years of experience within a public or private sector role in digital forensic analysis of computers and mobile devices as well as in network investigations
You've the ability to work to ISO 17025 standards – EnCE, MCFE, ACE, GNFA, GBFA, GCFE or other relevant industry standard certifications/qualifications are a plus
Excellent knowledge of digital hardware, experience in different file systems and operating system artefacts are among your strengths
You're motivated to acquire an in-depth understanding of Sky's products, services and distribution channels as well as to anticipate future developments and their ramifications for Sky's business
Excellent communication skills and an ability to convey complex technical issues to a lay audience in writing and verbally round off your profile
A highly analytical and enquiring mind as well as a meticulous, methodical way of working characterize you
Personal integrity, strict commitment to confidentiality and integrity and good English skills are a matter of course for you
