What you’ll do
You'll plan the annual budget and other forecasts in alignment with long range business plan and in close cooperation with all Customer Service, Inhouse Agencies and Commercial Finance
You constantly analyse our key financial figures to control and continuously optimise the financial performance of the Customer Service department
You'll prepare and manage the month close meetings and direct correct creation of provisions on the part of Commercial Finance & Accounting
You'll manage and track the delivery of all Customer Service savings initiatives
You step forward with ideas on how to make the best use of our budget, i.e. you become creative and find the best financial levers to improve the impact on customer experience
By presenting choices for potential investments including Pros & Cons you'll trigger/ support the right decision-making process
Together with Forecasting & Planning you'll define target values for budget and capacity planning and control the actual FTE ramp-up at the Inhouse Agencies
General business analysis to detect on time issues, topics, trends that potentially can affect Customer Service financial performance are part of your daily business
You enjoy presenting your insights to top management audience
What you’ll bring
You've a university degree in business administration, business informatics, mathematics or similar and 6-8 years' experience in positions like or similar to the one described here, ideally in Customer Service
You'll bring +5 years business analytics experience as well as in-depth knowledge of planning and controlling procedures
Above-average analytical skills and your strong problem-solving ability allow you to handle highly complex issues, while your distinct business judgement guides your way
Your high level of self-motivation and willingness to deliver top quality results distinguishes you
Your combination of high assertiveness with diplomatic and conflict resolution skills make you a great team mate
Very good communication and presentation skills allow you to interact closely with top level managers
High flexibility and ability to work under pressure characterize you
Very good German & good English skills are a matter of course for you
A very high data affinity, excellent Excel knowledge and being familiar with DWHs and statistic tools round up your profile
