What you’ll do
- Your responsibilities will include the development and production of machine learning models/advanced analytics algorithms using state-of-the-art methods
- You'll analyze customer behavior and customer journeys and work closely with stakeholders to support and advise them on business objectives through the best use of advanced analytics approaches
- This includes identifying innovative use cases for advanced analytics
- Most importantly, visualizing and presenting advanced analytics results, approaches, use cases, and benefits to stakeholders and senior management is part of your day-to-day responsibilities
- You enjoy collaborating with our technology teams and data engineers to implement solutions for operationalizing advanced analytics / machine learning
- You strengthen internal data science capabilities by continuously innovating and driving new ideas
- You'll also be responsible for deploying new data sources and training and developing our people to create a world-class data science team at Sky
What you’ll bring
- You've a successfully completed degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or Physics and at least 5-6 years of relevant work experience
- You've strong knowledge in statistics, machine learning (supervised/unsupervised learning, regression, decision trees, random forest, boosting, SVM, clustering) and deep learning
- Experience in programming for modeling and/or data analysis, e.g. Python, R, SAS and experience with SQL you've already gained
- Moreover, experience building machine learning pipelines, including raw data, features, model building, scoring, and testing is a plus
- You impress with your communicative way with both technical team members and non-technical stakeholders and you've the ability to explain complex advanced analytics approaches to a non-technical audience
- A good command of English rounds off your profile
