What you’ll do
- Part of your responsibility is to manage up and cross sell activities for the company's full range of services across inbound, outbound and chat channels to the entire Sky residential customer base
- You'll create incremental revenue through the upselling of services to existing Sky customers via Inbound, Outbound and webchat
- You¿ll be involved in the Marketing and Online Teams to build and implement an engagement plan to support campaigns and product introductions
- No day is the same – you'll travel to our Sky sites and Sky Partners in and outside Germany and engage with our frontline teams
- You'll commit to our sales training, call monitoring and customer experience teams to develop our customer engagement strategies
- You continuously manage vendor improvements including benchmarking and salesforce.com integration
- The planning and tracking of campaign results (leads received/worked, closing ratios) is part pf your daily business
- Your job is to share performance insights and collaborate with collaborators across marketing, finance and operations to reach you goals
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree in business administration or comparable apprenticeship as well as comprehensive customer service knowledge
- In the past you were able to gain some experience in Previous B2C sales, for instance in media, telco, banking, finance, energy or travel
- You'll bring an understanding of sales principles that get results
- Your good knowledge of regulations relating to compliance sets you apart from other applicants
- You'd describe yourself as committed and a great teammate
- Good German and English skills round of your profile
