We're looking for you to support our Studio Operations Sports Team, limited until 31st of December 2024.
What you’ll do
- You're responsible for drafting and reviewing monthly staffing and scheduling of studio and in-house production teams with a focus on playout
- You get things done and handle the on-time realization and responsibility of TV productions by appropriate staffing
- No two days are the same – you'll act as a communication and organizational interface with other departments and internal clients
- The strategic further development of existing and new workflows and procedures for staff scheduling as well as technical resource planning are in your area of responsibility
- As an organizational talent, you'll take over the documentation of established workflows and procedures and also take care of production planning and coordination
- You'll tackle sub-projects with cross-departmental coordination, communication and status checks
What you’ll bring
- You've a completed vocational training, a university degree in media science or similar
- With at least 2-4 years of experience in personnel scheduling, you are the right person for us
- You could already gain experience in live studio production and desirably also in playout personnel planning
- A very important part of your qualifications are a very high solution competence and willingness to change as well as self-organization and the ability to act proactively
- In addition, your profile is rounded off by experience in customer support for production processes, a quick grasp of “on-the-job training”, strong motivation, collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure
- Weekend and after-shift assignments as well as on-site work are no problem for you
