What you’ll do
- You'll support the Sky Ticket Customer Engagement team in operational tasks, e.g. in the creation and performance evaluation of marketing campaigns
- You'll take on independent tasks in the area of customer engagement, e.g. the planning, implementation and control of marketing campaigns as well as projects
- As part of our team, you can contribute your own ideas and develop yourself further
What you’ll bring
- You're currently studying marketing, business administration, media management, communication or similar
- Ideally, you've already gained experience in the area of customer engagement, CRM or marketing in previous internships
- A good understanding of technical processes distinguishes you
- Your working style can be described as independent, structured, solution- and goal-oriented with a strong hands-on mentality
- You've analytical skills – it's easy for you to analyse and interpret data, and you use MS Excel and PowerPoint to prepare and structure your data
- You'll bring a good feeling for language, an understanding of graphics, an eye for detail and an interest in entertainment and sports topics
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team, as well as very good MS Office skills set you apart
- Good written and spoken German and English round off your profile
