What you’ll do
- You're responsible for marketing additional Sky products (e.g. Cinema package) to existing customers and growing customer loyalty
- You'll be involved in planning, implementing and controlling various marketing measures via all relevant sales channels (e.g. e-mailing, web, control of agencies)
- You'll take care of specific target groups, define customer journeys and optimise their Sky experience with suitable products as well as offers
- In addition to creating forecasts, campaign monitoring and deriving optimisation measures are part of your daily business
- You enjoy further developing the contact strategy and customer segmentation
What you’ll bring
- You've successfully completed your studies in media management, business administration, economics or similar and ideally, you'll bring some practical experience
- Due to your creativity, it's easy for you to develop new marketing measures
- In addition to analytical skills, you're enthusiastic about television, sports and entertainment
- You describe yourself as a communicative teammate and your way of working as independent and proactive
- You can master MS Office in your sleep – especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent German skills as well as a good command of English are urgently required
- You enjoy being part of an international team
