What you’ll do
- You enjoy television & new technologies and want to help to ensure the availability of Sky Channels & Services on today's and tomorrow's distribution and device platforms
- Your job is the real-time monitoring of Sky Channels & Services, in particular the monitoring of Platinum content across all Sky distribution channels
- You'll continuously improve the Sky services and you'll support the creation of reports
- You'll take care of the communication of faults to/ from external providers as well as the communication with/ to Sky-internal departments involved
- You're co-responsible for handling the relevant processes (incident, change and service level management)
What you’ll bring
- You've already at least 2-4 years of experience in the OTT or Pay-TV environment as well as sound basic knowledge of TV technology (OTT and broadcast platforms, distribution channels, end devices)
- Good communication skills, the ability to work independently and to work calmly even in stressful situations are among your strengths
- You'll bring good analytical and conceptual skills
- Service orientation and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you
- You're willing to work shifts and nights and to be on call (7 days/week)
- A confident handling of MS Office programmes and a good command of written and spoken English round off your profile
