What you’ll do
You'll be responsible for creating reports & project documentation that provide insight into project status and demonstrate a high level of ownership
Part of your responsibility is to proactively provide solution options, lead change delivery meetings, and handle stakeholders to shape and implement potential options
In your role you'll collaborate with the Head of Change Delivery on project management for the implementation of key projects across the WOW team – bringing together all relevant teams and establishing effective implementation structures, achievements & governance for each project
You'll support specific projects through effective resource management to deliver results and ensure focus on the highest priority areas as well as maintain constant close contact with the group OTT teams and the commercial teams in Germany to proactively identify areas that would benefit from E2E coordination
You'll supply the development of outstanding change delivery processes and project documentation is part of your daily business
Close collaboration is important to us – you'll ensure this with the Head of Change Delivery to effectively assess when escalation is required
What you’ll bring
You've a degree with a business focus as well as proven experience in handling a portfolio of transformation & change projects – including good knowledge in designing structure & governance.
In the past you were able to gain experience in managing issues as well as handling escalations gracefully
A relentless customer focus combined with problem solving & decision-making skills as well as an eye for details distinguishes you
You'd describe yourself as a great teammate with an effective & result-oriented work style
Good English and strong communication skills round off your profile and make it easy for you to build and maintain long-term relationships with various stakeholders – including the leadership team
