What you’ll do
- You'll lead all aspects of creating and maintaining reports on Customer Engagement KPIs in Tableau and Excel – such as content usage, churn, reconnections
- Modeling and forecasting customer engagement KPIs as a basis for our planning processes will be a vital responsibility of yours
- Among your tasks is also the analysis of the marketing campaigns' performance with regard to relevant KPIs with regular creation of campaign evaluations & analyses to derive proficient strategic recommendations for action & forecasts
- On the basis of our automated marketing processes, you'll develop scorings, such as churn propensity
- In addition, you'll create ad hoc analyses on specific questions via SQL/Excel
- The translation of data findings into real insights that help the customer engagement team to move forward completes your daily business
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree with a business orientation as well as at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of data analytics – ideally in digital entertainment or eCommerce
- Within the last few years, you've been able to develop your analytical skills combined with a sense of business relevance and have gained validated experience in extracting data with which you can generate a sophisticated understanding that is essential for the business to move forward
- You'd describe yourself as a hands-on personality with an independent, analytical and structured way of working
- Additionally, you could gain confirmed experience in analyzing and preparing large amounts of data with SQL, MS Excel, Tableau & PowerPoint
- Good English skills round off your profile
