What you’ll do
- You'll lead the annual & quarterly partner & platform marketing strategy, related activities and budget planning as well as complete quarterly performance measurements & mitigation planning based on the OTT Strategy & Commercial team's objective
- In your role, you'll be leading all aspects of the Sky OTT Partner Marketing Guidelines as well as the OTT Brand Guardianship processes, which enable an outstanding OTT brand integration within the partner & platform marketing activities
- Part of your tasks is to continuously analyze & provide insight-based, data-driven strategic recommendations to optimize customer journeys in the partner & platform environment with a focus on improving conversion & sales rates
- By building long-term & trusting partner relationships, you'll ensure to work with partners to find innovative new ways to increase our B2P revenues
- You'll lead your team effectively & efficiently with a focus on building a trusting & collaborative atmosphere for partner marketing where all team members can thrive
- Close collaboration is vital to us – you'll ensure this through good relationships with key stakeholders to guarantee market leading partner & platform marketing as well as growth
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree in business and 6-8 years of experience in partner marketing, key account management, B2P/B2B marketing and brand management
- Within the last few years, you've gained extensive disciplinary leadership experience in B2P or B2B marketing teams as well as experience in strategy & budget planning, project management and efficient prioritization
- Through your professional experience, you know how to work with senior management, which is particularly easy for you due to your excellent communication, relationship-building, and arguing skills
- In addition to your knowledge in analyzing the performance of marketing & partner journey activities with a focus on continuous improvement management, you already gained validated experience in leading brand guardianship processes
- Additionally, you've an extremely confident demeanor in strategy & concept presentations at leadership level
- You'd describe yourself as self-reliant and strong in implementation and your way of working as highly independent, analytical and data-driven
- Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
