We're looking for you to join our Retention Campaigns Team, limited until 31st of December 2023.
What you’ll do
- Part of your responsibility is the development & implementation of retention campaigns in the existing customer area, considering all available communication channels with the intention of achieving churn and ARPU targets
- Your tasks also include the planning, implementation and control of various marketing measures across all relevant sales channels – such as e-mailing, web, inbound
- You'll look after specific target groups, define customer journeys and optimize their Sky experience with suitable product offers
- You'll be responsible for campaign monitoring and derive optimization measures
- In addition, you'll act as a contact person for the colleagues from Sky Austria and coordinate campaigns & projects in collaboration with them
- The further development of the contact strategy and customer segmentation is part of your daily business
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree with a business orientation as well as validated experience in campaign management and direct marketing
- Thanks to your creativity, it is easy for you to develop new marketing measures
- You'd describe yourself as a communicative teammate and your way of working as detailed, responsible and proactive.
- In addition to analytical skills, you're enthusiastic about television, sports and entertainment
- You're an expert in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- You enjoy being part of an international team
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills round off your profile
