What you’ll do
- You'll act as part of the Group People Experience team responsible for developing and improving products and services in the areas of learning, performance management, career development and employee engagement across the Group
- In collaboration with the Senior Manager Employee Engagement, you will help shape the employee engagement survey strategy for the Sky Group and support the planning, execution and analysis of the People Engagement Survey and other survey activities – you will also be responsible for project management in the DACH region
- You'll be involved in the (further) development of existing products and new ideas – our mission is to help employees to be (even) better and to realize their potential at Sky
- Applying design methods such as design thinking and supporting stakeholders in problem solving is part of your daily business
- Your job is to hypothesize, collect data and turn it into insights to derive meaningful actions from our employee survey and other survey tools to improve our products
- You challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to the team
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree in human resources development, psychology, or a comparable qualification and at least 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
- You bring proven knowledge and experience in employee engagement and ideally at least one of the following topics: Learning, Performance Management, Career Development and Employee Engagement
- You've validated project management experience and are passionate about Agile, Design Thinking and Human Centred Design, as well as your curiosity about people and relationships
- A quick learning ability and enjoyment of continuous learning are among your strengths
- Good English and German language skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
