What you’ll do
You'll be the sparring partner for the “Fiction/Entertainment” department with regard to all relevant business transactions related to finance (Fiction & Entertainment includes all our rights to films and series as well as in-house productions)
Your task is to create, consolidate and maintain the planning and forecasting models for our products in the “Fiction/Entertainment” area
You're involved in the preparation of the budget planning, the 5-year planning as well as in the monthly closing including target/actual analyses
As a source of advice and ideas, you'll take care of improving the financial performance of the department
The processing of ad-hoc enquiries and analyses as well as the preparation of business cases as a basis for investment decisions are part of your daily business
You'll contribute to the conceptual development of internal analysis methods, processes and internal reporting
What you’ll bring
You've a university degree with a business focus and at least 2-4 years of professional experience in a similar position in the area of controlling/FP&A – ideally in the media industry
You're particularly interested in budget planning and cross-departmental projects
You describe yourself as an entrepreneurial thinker and your way of working as extremely self-reliant
You'll bring an affinity for numbers and an analytical and conceptual approach, and your strengths include excellent communication skills
You're familiar with Excel and SAP – other tools and knowledge are an asset
Good English skills round off your profile
