We're looking for you to join the Program Coordination Team limited to 2 years.
What you’ll do
- Your task is to create and edit the broadcast data (SI data) of Sky Sport channels using the planning tool APIx.
- Your daily work consists of data exports to various broadcast platforms (playout Sky Italia, Telekom, etc.) as well as the creation of broadcast-specific service device entries for the option selection of the audio and video control room
- In your role, you'll be responsible for managing the on-air and off-air switching of sports channels on various broadcast platforms (satellite uplink, dt. telecom, …) via scripted routers, as well as planning and coordinating program plans, live events and PPV events with editorial teams, production and program planning, creation and communication of information
- You're responsible for program monitoring and control of video and audio for LIVE programs linear and non-linear (Sky Go) as well as the short-term adjustment and export of broadcast data for program changes
- You'll participate in the development of the software for broadcast data with regard to the end-user application
What you’ll bring
- You've several years of experience with television broadcasters ideally in the area of program planning, broadcast planning and / or broadcast scheduling
- You're an expert in MS-Office (Word, Excel) and are able to cope with stressful situations and have a strategic approach
- You're characterized by your high affinity for sports and a quick ability to translate information into pragmatic instructions for action
- A good command of written and spoken English rounds off your profile and shift work as well as frequent work on Sundays and public holidays are a matter of course for you
