What you’ll do
- In close consultation with the team, you'll independently plan and design internal communication campaigns in Germany that support the Sky goals
- You'll create exciting news in the form of texts, videos, graphics and images and prepare them for our digital and analog communication platforms
- Additionally, handling service providers and agencies in the creation of videos, merchandise and internal brand activities is another of your exciting tasks
- You'll also provide organizational support for internal events such as employee meetings or screenings, which give our colleagues outstanding insights and encounters
- Furthermore, it'll be on you to research and identify relevant and interesting topics for our colleagues, while proactively maintaining your internal network and working your way into different areas of our company
- You'll lead all aspects of supporting and advising other Sky departments, including Sky Group-wide, on internal communications issues
- You've an overview of our daily communication plan and keep it up to date
What you’ll bring
- You've studied media, communications, journalism or similar and have already gained two to 2-4 years of experience in (internal) communications (agency or in-house)
- You'd be described by a “hands-on” mentality, you can react quickly and flexibly to short-term situations and requests, and approach projects in a goal-oriented manner
- Your strengths include creativity and conceptualization – above all, you're able to package various topics and information into appealing texts and presentations
- Ideally, you've already had contact with a content management system, Adobe Premier, Photoshop and Canva
- You're fluent in German (word and writing) and have good English skills, enjoy building an (international) internal network, you also have a flair for people and like to communicate – in person, at events and presentations as well as digitally via our social intranet
- You're curious and interested in new (digital) communication trends in order to constantly develop our employee communication in Germany further
