What you’ll do
- You're responsible for the quarterly & budget planning for the retention area as part of Sky TV division
- In this context, you'll take care of the analysis of Retention performance and will work quite close with the Retention and Finance teams for the weekly Trading Meeting
- Your daily business also includes gaining insights for business decisions and visualizing them for management presentations
- You enjoy creating and further developing planning models and dashboards in Tableau
- As communicative interface between Retention & Finance you'll ensure close collaboration
- Finally, you'll oversee the planning and reporting of the use of Sky receivers in termination management
What you’ll bring
- You've gained a university degree with economic orientation as well as at least 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling, planning or similiar
- Good understanding of churn and customer value management is a plus
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with a confident manner and very strong assertiveness
- You describe yourself as an extremely self-motivated team player, with the willingness to deliver results of the highest quality, and your way of working as reliable and independent
- A high sense of responsibility, personal commitment and good communication and presentation skills are part of your strengths
- A real knack in Excel – other tools and knowledge such as SAP Business Objects and Tableau are a plus
- Good English skills
