What you’ll do
- Your tasks include the design, implementation and management of lean IT processes, their interfaces and the relevant tools and templates
- The implementation of measurements and the definition of goals to improve process effectiveness & efficiency are part of your daily business
- You'll take over the coordination of change management for sophisticated implementations
- You're responsible for the Operational Readiness work package in projects and support internal & external process tests
- Your job is the implementation of lessons learned (e.g. in projects) and the corresponding derivation of measures
- You'll drive forward the automation of processes and tasks
- In addition to the evaluation of business processes and the anticipation of requirements, you'll deal with of the identification of improvement potentials as well as the development and implementation of solutions
- You'll conduct requirements analyses and get involved in the Sky Group's processes to optimize them
What you’ll bring
- You've a university degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study (e.g. computer science, IT, business informatics) as well as at least 5-6 years of relevant professional experience
- You can prove your experience in modelling and implementing processes as well as your understanding of standard IT frameworks such as ITIL, Scrum, SAFe and DevOps through practical experience
- You've knowledge of process automation / workflow tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and media, ITIL processes & IT technologies
- In addition to your good change management skills, you are characterized by your strong problem-solving skills as well as your high level of analytical thinking, willingness to learn and ability to innovate
- You bring positive thinking and a focus on results, even in lively times and dynamic situations
- The ability to influence collaborators and work closely with them to find solutions is among your strengths
- You'd describe your oral and written communication skills as excellent
