What you’ll do
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Vermarktung zusätzlicher Sky Produkte (z.B. Cinema Paket) im Bestandskundenbereich und steigerst die Kundenbindung
- Deine Aufgabe ist die Planung, Umsetzung und Steuerung verschiedener Marketingmaßnahmen über alle relevanten Vertriebskanäle – wie z.B. Steuerung von Agenturen, E-Mails oder Web-Journey
- Du kümmerst dich um spezielle Zielgruppen, definierst Customer Journeys und optimierst
- das Sky Erlebnis durch passende Produkte & Angebote
- Ebenso bist du für das Kampagnen-Monitoring zuständig und leitest Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab
- Es macht dir Spaß die Kontaktstrategie und Kundensegmentierung weiterzuentwickeln – dabei treibst du eigene Ideen & Projekte voran
What you’ll bring
- You've successfully completed your studies in (business) informatics or comparable and have at least 2-4 years of professional experience in the development of CRM software, preferably in agile teams with Salesforce
- Certification as Salesforce Administrator (m/f/d) or Salesforce App Builder (m/f/d) desired
- Software development is your passion and DevOps is not unknown to you
- You're up to face the challenges of complex IT landscapes and are able to familiarize yourself with new technologies
- To you, development, operations and quality assurance can be combined naturally
- A proactive mindset, team spirit and strong communication skills distinguish you
- Good English skills round off your profile
