Wir suchen dich für das Commercial Communication Team als
What you’ll do
- Du erstellst performanceorientierte Kommunikationsmaßnahmen für Bestandskunden-Kampagnen für die Bereiche Upselling, Retention & Winback
- In diesem Rahmen konzipierst, briefst und betreust du die Umsetzung der personalisierten 1:1-Angebotskommunikation über die Kanäle E-Mail, Mailings sowie SMS
- Die Aktualisierung der personalisierten Angebotsseiten auf der sky.de gehört zu deinen Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt bei der Definition & Umsetzung von state of the art Customer Journeys und beziehst verlässlich und analytisch relevante Stakeholder mit ein
- Abschließend arbeitest du eng mit den Agenturen zusammen, die dich in der kreativen Gestaltung & Weiterentwicklung unterstützen – außerdem kannst du eigenständig Kreativbriefings erstellen
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree (or corresponding training) and several years of professional experience in the implementation, analysis, conception and optimisation of service and contact functions as well as digital channels
- You've already practical experience in project management as well as with agile methods in software development (e.g. SAFe, Scrum)
- Persuasiveness, strong problem-solving skills and confidence in presenting complex issues are among your strengths
- Your comprehensive analytical and organisational thinking, as well as your strong customer and service orientation, make you a perfect fit for our team
- A high affinity for technology, a strong interest in and understanding of technical implementation as well as a very good knowledge of online front-ends, customer management and communication systems distinguish you – Salesforce experience is an additional asset
- You describe your communication and presentation skills in written and spoken German and English as good
