What you’ll do
You support the development of incentive programmes (targets, weightings, scales) and processes to promote and maximise performance and engagement
In cooperation with various stakeholders (especially HR, finance, works council), you help to successfully implement the programmes and projects
You proactively make suggestions for improvement and present them
You're involved in the consistent and timely definition, communication and bonus payment of incentives
You enjoy reviewing existing programmes for effectiveness and impact on employee motivation
You create standard reports and take care of data analyses
As a point of contact for all employees, you advise on specific incentive requests
What you’ll bring
You're studying business administration or similar with a focus on finance or HR and have first experience in the area of HR Compensation & Benefits etc.
You drive things forward, you are action-oriented and have an understanding of key performance indicators in the commercial area
You describe yourself as creative and committed and your way of working as careful, pragmatic and solution-oriented
You enjoy presenting to internal and external stakeholders
Working with MS Office (especially Excel and SAP) is part of your daily business
You've a convincing and confident manner and also feel comfortable in English meetings
