What you’ll do
- You'll work within the trading team and be responsible for the residential sales performance per quarter
- The identification of opportunities to optimise sales in collaboration with key channels such as web/inbound/field is part of your job
- You'll use reports & data to determine key trends and opportunities and analyse sales performance on an ongoing basis with Finance for the weekly trading meeting
- Gaining insights for business decisions and visualising them for management presentations is part of your daily business
- As an interface for the Trading Team between Finance and Commercial Planning you support the quarterly target handover
- You challenge and review the set targets based on data such as annual trends, quarterly performance, market demand, etc.
- Part of your tasks are also the quarterly performance reviews, in which the most important trends & performances of the previous quarter are summarised and recommendations for action are made
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree in economics and 5-6 years of professional experience in controlling or planning – ideally including good knowledge of sales and trading
- In addition to your excellent analytical and conceptual skills, you've very good knowledge of Excel and ideally also knowledge of SAP Business Objects and Tableau
- You've a confident manner, assertiveness and a reliable and independent way of working as well as good communication and presentation skills
- Above all, you're highly self-motivated and willing to deliver results at the highest level
- A high sense of responsibility, personal commitment and the ability to work in a team as well as a good command of English round off your profile
