What you’ll do
- You're responsible for the independent development and implementation of retention campaigns for existing customers, taking into account all available communication channels with the aim of achieving churn and ARPU targets
- Your task is to plan, implement and control various marketing measures via all relevant sales channels – such as e-mailing, web, SMS, outbound and inbound
- You'll independently take care of specific target groups, define customer journeys and optimise their Sky experience with suitable product offers
- No day is the same – you'll take over the campaign monitoring, deriving optimisation measures and creating presentations that can be used by management to make decisions
- The further development of contact strategy and customer segmentation is part of your daily business
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree with a business orientation as well as at least 5 years of practical experience in the area of CRM & LifeCycle Marketing – especially in the area of churn prevention and retention
- You've very good operational knowledge in campaign management and a confident manner in presentations
- You'd describe yourself as a communicative team player and your way of working as problem-solving, detail-oriented, independent and proactive
- In addition to analytical skills, you're enthusiastic about television, sports and entertainment
- You're an expert in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- You can work well in an international team and you've a very good command of German and good English skills
