What you’ll do
- Your job is the development and strategic direction of the content proposition
- That includes portfolio analysis and management based on customer interests
- Managing of strategic projects and preparation of management decisions
- You're responsible for project management and process optimization
- You'll ensure a sound understanding of competitors and market trends and find opportunities and risks in the competitive environment to further develop the cinema strategy
- No day is the same – you enjoy identifying additional headroom and new target groups based on content preferences and target group segments and by taking content availability into account
- You're the communicative interface to commercial team, program acquisition, controlling and the channel teams
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree in media management or business administration or a comparable education
- You'll bring several years of professional experience in strategic functions in the media industry and have been able to gain relevant experience in cross-departmental project management
- Your strengths include comprehensive and entrepreneurial thinking as well as a quick recognition of relevant connections
- You describe your working style as structured and independent
- A high level of motivation and identification with the industry distinguish you
- Basic technical knowledge and an understanding of budget and finance are a matter of course for you
- You're a specialist in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
