What you’ll do
Together with your colleagues, you're responsible for running our contact channels (chat, telephone, correspondence)
Your job is to ensure good availability for our customers, thus contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction
You coordinate an orderly day-to-day operation and ensure the efficient deployment of our customer advisors
You manage compliance with service levels and initiate necessary measures in the event of deviations
No day is the same – in the case of disruptions within the customer service department, you'll support in their rapid resolution and ensure clear communication
As communicative interface, you'll coordinate with all relevant internal and external partners and constantly optimise the processes with your team colleagues to ensure smooth operations
