What you’ll do
- You're responsible for the operational management of our temporary employment agencies in Sales – in doing so, you act as an important interface to various collaborators, such as the regional sales managers, the HR department and the legal department
- Forecasting the necessary recruitment activities and controlling the temporary employment agencies – which carry out the recruitment process – is part of your daily business
- You define, measure & control the recruitment process, prepare forecasts & reports and act as the interface with our temporary employment agencies to coordinate assignments
- You also track the SLA and take appropriate measures in case of deviations
- In addition to permanent performance controlling, you'll take care of reporting for budget monitoring
- Part of your tasks is also the calculation of the monthly/quarterly bonus targets and the forwarding of these to the temporary employment agencies
- You'll support the evaluation of bonus achievement and work closely with other departments in the sales area, such as the back office
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree in business administration and ideally 2-4 years of professional experience in personnel resource planning or personnel requirement planning
- Within the last few years you've gained experience in employee leasing and in handling external service providers
- Above all, you're confident in dealing with numbers, have strong analytical skills and are assertive
- You keep an overview even in stressful situations, are a good communicator, friendly and sensitive to the needs of others
- You're a communicative teammate, like to coordinate and enjoy developing innovative solutions
- A good command of English and a confident handling of MS Office – especially Excel – round off your profile
