What you’ll do
- You'll lead all aspects of the successful and efficient implementation of key initiatives as part of the further transformation of our customer service and cross-functional Sky projects with a high impact on Customer Operations (e.g. anti-piracy program, change of sports rights etc.)
- Furthermore, you'll be leading your own projects as well as supporting and handling the quality of projects led by team members
- It is your tasks to run and further develop the team
- You'll also be in charge for developing efficient decision-making proposals for strategic issues and preparing management presentations
- Your role requires to drive innovation in the service area and share experience with colleagues in Sky UK, Sky Italia and Comcast.
- As part of the Customer Operations leadership team, you'll look after stakeholder management within Customer Operations and key interface functions (IT, technology, CBM)
What you’ll bring
- You've outstanding project management skills and at least 8-10 years of experience in leading cross-functional projects – consulting background is an advantage
- You also have several years of leadership experience and the ability to develop your staff
- With more than 5 years of experience in service and quality management as well as in working in the context of the Sky Group you distinguish yourself from others
- Your experience in process and lean management as well as your outstanding ability to not only implement your own projects well, but also to ensure high quality in the team, makes you stand out from the crowd
- In addition to your strong customer orientation, your strengths include significant conflict management, experience in intensifying critical projects and very strong communication skills
- Good English skills round off your profile
