What you’ll do
You're responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end change management initiatives, including strategic coordination with top management
You've excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills that enable you to lead the design, implementation and evaluation of change management measures.
You're experienced in the facilitation of workshops – you know how to design them in an appealing way and how to conduct team developments workshops
You'll create communication plans, develop communication tools and deliver change communication, e.g. for all staff sessions and intranet articles
You're responsible for coaching and developing executive managers, project leaders and project teams
You`ll oversee cultural change processes and are able to deal with resistance in the process
You'll work closely with key stakeholders in the executive team where you can apply your excellent communication and presentation skills
A top priority will be the further development of change management tools in order to provide excellent in-house consulting services
What you’ll bring
You've a university degree with preferably a communications/psychology background and at least 5-6 years of experience in supporting change processes – training in systemic organisational development is a plus
It's an advantage if you've experience in a management or strategy consultancy or an in-house consulting
You describe yourself as a visionary thinker and your approach is extremely strategic
You enjoy demonstrating your ability to work in a team, your hands-on mentality and your empathy when working with changing teams and assignments
Above all, your strengths include a self-confident manner and excellent communication skills – including when working with senior leaders
You're willing to learn and grow in a motivated team
Good English skills round off your profile, German skills are an advantage
