We're looking for you to join the CRM Requirements team
What you’ll do
Your role is a challenging interface function for the analysis and evaluation of technical requirements from the aspect of efficiency and effectiveness as well as the targets and expectations of our customers
You'll independently define and develop customer processes in cooperation with other product owners (m/f/d) and product managers (m/f/d) as well as our internal stakeholders, mainly around customer retention and development
One of your main tasks is the creation of functional concepts and the derivation of IT requirements / user stories / specifications (requirements engineering) for the further development of our CRM systems and related applications (e.g. sky.de/at, IVR)
In the context of the agile approach, you'll also take on the role of product manager (m/f/d) or product owner (m/f/d) and prioritize the product backlog independently and continuously
You'll accompany the implementation and take care of various important milestones: testing the concepts, user acceptance tests and technical support of the relevant processes in production operations
You're driven by the desire to continuously improve the processes you support as a process owner (m/f/d) by setting up the necessary reports, analyses and deriving optimizations
In addition, your tasks include the implementation of customer loyalty campaigns in the CRM system and related applications (e.g. web) with a focus on customer development and loyalty
What you’ll bring
You've completed a university degree or comparable training in business administration or (business) information technology
For at least 5-6 years, you've been responsible for the management of customer processes or on the IT side for the further development of CRM systems as well as for the technical implementation of processes
In addition to a very good understanding of IT processes and a solid understanding of business, you've outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
You've a strong service mentality and excellent teamwork and communication skills
You've a high degree of flexibility and resilience as well as the ability to assert yourself
A good command of English is a matter of course for you and you feel comfortable working in an international team
