We're looking for you to join the ERP & HR Team limited for 2 years.
What you’ll do
- You're the interface between IT and our specialist departments when it comes to necessary adjustments to our IT systems in the ERP & HR environment
- You supervise and coordinate the requirements, their prioritization and implementation
- You'll manage the necessary deliveries from our service providers
- Therefore, you're responsible for the necessary budgets
- You're in close contact with the departments to improve the business processes and their system support (e.g. SAP HCM, SAP ERP, Persis, InVision, Ingentis)
- You're the interface to our service providers and pay attention to KPIs and SLAs to provide our departments with the best possible service
- You support the coordination, improvement, implementation and documentation of internal control processes according to legal and company requirements, e.g. ITGC and SOX
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree in business informatics or in a similar field of study as well as 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in the IT environment, preferably in requirements or project management
- You're characterized by a high affinity for IT and an orientation towards implementation
- Ideally, you already have some experience in IT service management (e.g. ITIL)
- You describe yourself as structured, goal-oriented, and proactive with the ambition to make a difference
- You feel comfortable in an international environment and have a good command of English
