What you’ll do
- Your job is to independently supervise the production of German language versions for the Sky Factual channels Sky Crime, Sky Nature and Sky Documentaries
- You'll be responsible for coordinating and planning localization projects through to final approval
- You'll take on tasks such as researching and editing dialogue books translated into German, and you'll complete translations into German yourself
- Above all, the independent editorial management of voice recordings is part of your daily business
- You'll be involved in administration, documentation and reporting
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree with a language-related or humanities focus as well as at least 2-4 years of professional experience in the editorial field, ideally in voice-over dubbing
- Your excellent command of written and spoken German and a good command of English distinguishes you
- Your broad general education and in-depth knowledge of society, history, culture and entertainment are among your strengths
- You'll bring a curiosity about the technical aspects of the production process
- You describe yourself as a great teammate with good communication skills and your approach as independent, decisive and assertive
- A willingness to learn, ability to work under pressure and stress resistance are a matter of course for you
- Very good MS Office and Excel skills round off your profile
