We're looking for you to join the Corporate Tax, VAT, WHT team
What you’ll do
- You'll drive the preparation of tax balance sheets and income tax returns of the group companies (DACH) as well as the management of legal remedies on your own initiative and supervise tax audits of the group companies (DACH)
- You'll support the quarterly and annual financial statements in the Sky Group with your tax investigations and the tax provisions
- You'll work with colleagues across the group on solutions to issues of national and international tax law
- You're an experienced contact person for the specialist departments and help your interfaces in their daily work through your professional support
- You enjoy working closely with tax advisors and authorities
- Through your tax advice to the operational managers, you'll contribute to the drafting of contracts as well as to projects
What you’ll bring
- You've a university degree in law or economics with a focus on tax law or have completed training as a tax specialist
- During the last 5-6 years you've worked in a tax consultancy, a law firm or a company in the field of taxation and have been able to gain sound tax expertise in all areas of corporate taxation
- In your day-to-day work, you should not miss dealing with numbers, working in a team, using your logical-analytical thinking skills and independently pushing forward topics
- Above all, your strengths include excellent communication skills in German and English as well as flexibility and a solution-oriented approach
- You'll bring expertise in all MS Office applications and SAP HANA – other tools and knowledge are an asset
