We're looking for you to join the CRM team
What you’ll do
- As a finance business partner for the Customer Retention and Upselling area, you're involved in the creation and further development of reports with financial and operational KPIs as well as the interpretation of the reports for management
- Evaluation of weekly and monthly commercial performance of Sky's customer base in relation to budgets / forecast/ prior periods as well as participation in the development/ execution of action-plans belongs to your daily business
- Using customer data, you'll bring new analysis to light with key finance and business stakeholders in order to inform decision making and optimise commercial performance
- As part of business partnering, you¿ll exercise strong commercial acumen and reasoning alongside financial analysis to influence decision makers
- Identifying, tracking, and reacting to risks and opportunities is part of your tasks
- You'll get involved in the exercise of governance & control and enjoy supporting ad hoc projects
What you’ll bring
- You've an excellent university degree with an economic focus as well as 2-4 years of experience in the subscriber business with a media or telecommunications company
- You describe yourself as a proactive thinker with strong numeracy skills and outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
- You'll bring strong attention to detail and enjoy working with data
- You hold yourself to high standards of accuracy and delivery
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment with varied responsibilities
- You've worked with or for large, complex companies and developed the commercial / professional acumen necessary to build strong relationships with financial and business clients
- You're an expert in Excel – other tools and skills such as Tableau are a plus
- Good German and English skills round off your profile
