What you’ll do
- Your job includes the planning, coordinating and implementing of communications for the Executive Leadership Team for all relevant internal and external activities
- You create various content and formats – for example, speaking notes, presentations, interview briefings and LinkedIn posts
- You'll be responsible for developing a communications plan for the Executive Leadership Team, working closely with the internal and external communications team
- You'll actively support the development of specific materials for the preparation of external appearances, media interviews, public affairs and group activities
- No day is the same – you'll work with various departments within the company to identify and develop content and themes for internal and external activities
- You'll also assist and advise our managers on all communication issues
What you’ll bring
- You've a university degree in media studies / communication or similar fields and at least 6-8 years of relevant professional experience in communication
- You'll bring excellent communication skills, a confident and poised demeanour as well as experience in dealing with senior leaders
- Your high level of textual competence and the ability to tell stories in a captivating and comprehensible way sets you apart from others
- You've several years of experience in the implementation of various communication formats – such as speech writing, media interviews, town hall meetings, podcasts or video productions – which you can use in a targeted manner
- You are confident and comfortable in dealing with social media
- Very good German and good English skills (written and spoken) as well as strong coordination skills with high quality standards round off your profile
