What you’ll do
- Du hast Spaß an Fernsehen & neuen Technologien und möchtest dabei mitwirken, die Verfügbarkeit der Sky Channels & Services auf heutigen sowie zukünftigen Verbreitungs- und Endgeräte-Plattformen sicherzustellen
- Du übernimmst das Echtzeitmonitoring der Sky Channels & Services, insbesondere das Monitoring des Platinum Contents über alle Sky Verbreitungswege hinweg
- Du verbesserst kontinuierlich die Sky Services & unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Reportings
- Du kümmerst dich um die Kommunikation von Störungen an/ von externen Providern sowie um die Kommunikation mit/ an beteiligte Sky-interne Bereiche
- Du bist für die Bearbeitung der Vorgänge für die relevanten Prozesse (Incident-, Change- und Service-Level-Management) mitverantwortlich
What you’ll bring
- You've successfully completed commercial vocational training or studies as well as several years of professional experience in the field of film and TV
- Through your professional experience in the area of broadcast material coordination (linear and non-linear), you've been able to acquire a good technical understanding, especially in the area of file processing
- Above all, technical affinity for film and television distinguishes you
- Very good communication skills as well as the ability to coordinate and work
- independently is among your strengths
- In addition to being able to work under pressure, you're characterized above all by your dedication and reliability
- Furthermore, you'll bring good office skills
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills round off your profile
