What you’ll do
- Together with your colleagues, you¿re responsible for running our contact channels (chat, telephone, correspondence)
- Your job is to ensure good availability for our customers, thus contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction
- You coordinate an orderly day-to-day operation and ensure the efficient deployment of our customer advisors
- You manage compliance with service levels and initiate necessary measures in the event of deviations
- No day is the same – in the case of disruptions within the customer service department, you'll support in their rapid resolution and ensure clear communication
- As communicative interface, you'll coordinate with all relevant internal and external partners and constantly optimise the processes with your team colleagues to ensure smooth operations

- Organisation and coordination as well as initiative and decisiveness are among your strengths
- You've a strong customer and service orientation
- You've an affinity for numbers and like to analyse facts and circumstances
- You'd describe your appearance as friendly and determined – and you're also a great teammate
- You keep a cool head in complex situations, which is why you're interested in a varied and challenging task
- Very good German and good English skills round off your profile
