What you’ll do
- Your job is to manage external partners for Sky's telephone sales
- As Senior Manager Telesales (m/f/d) you're responsible for the KPI, turnover and sales development of the assigned call centres
- Ensuring appropriate measures to win new customers and additional sales is part of your daily business
- In addition to the direct control of the agency partner, including the permanent improvement/optimisation of the agency performance, you'll take care of ensuring the billing and the provisioning on an agency basis
- You're responsible for the development/optimisation and implementation of remuneration models for service providers and client advisors, especially with regards to sales efficiency
- You take on the role as central contact person (m/f/d) to the responsible (tele-)sales department
What you’ll bring
- You've completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree and you've at least 5-6 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- In the past you were able to gain some experience in the distribution environment, in sales and in managing call centers
- You'll bring a high level of competence in the analysis of CC key figures in the areas of resources, quality and sales
- A high degree of social competence and enjoyment in working with service providers in customer service characterize you
- The implementation of the identified measures in a spirit of partnership, negotiating skills and willingness to travel are among your strengths
- Good written and spoken English round off your profile
