What you’ll do
- In your role, you'll partner with Sky Group stakeholders to deliver all procurement source to contract activity across Corporate & Business Services, primarily Facility Management Services
- You'll lead on the contractual management and renegotiation of Sky's Facility Management partners
- You'll support the source to contract process for other requirements as well as Sky Group wide workstreams to optimize 3rd party spend
- Your job is to analyse 3rd party spend of unaddressed areas, identify saving opportunities, and develop sourcing strategies
- You'll take care of the implementation of structured stakeholder & supplier relationship management
- As communicative interface you'll work closely with Procurement, Finance, and business colleagues across the wider Group, including teams in the UK & Ireland, Italy, Germany & Austria and the US
What you’ll bring
- You've a bachelor's degree or equivalent as well as 5-6 years' Procurement experience in Corporate & Business Services Procurement, ideally within Facility Management categories
- You'll bring experience of working in a global / pan-European function & a long-term strategic understanding to help balance immediate requirements against longer-term needs
- The ability to put relevant structure around the decision-making process and ensure all options are understood in relation to the business requirements sets you apart
- Excellent relationship building/management skills as well as brilliant negotiating skills and commercial acumen distinguish you
- You're experienced with the use of an ERP systems, ideally SAP Ariba, to manage the source-to-pay process
- Creative thinking as well as the initiative and enthusiasm in finding new sourcing approaches to balance operational and commercial pressures characterize you
- Good English skills as well as business fluent German skills round off your profile
