What you’ll do

  • You're responsible for the sales activities in Customer Service and ensure that we manage contacts with existing and new customers in a profitable manner
  • You're the central contact person for the management as well as for internal stakeholders (CRM / Sales / Finance) on the topic of sales in Customer Service
  • You create the business plan, track current performance and drive performance development
  • You'll be involved in developing the sales skills of staff across all service providers, setting clear targets, using tracking tools, defining compensation schemes and incentive programmes and conducting regular on-site performance reviews with vendor management
  • You'll support the creation of the commercial roadmap and ensure that all involved staff are well prepared for the upcoming commercial goals, changes and challenges
  • You actively identify optimisation opportunities, coordinate ideas with stakeholders and lead agreed improvement programmes
  • You take care of the customer approach strategy and ensure that guidelines are defined, refined and followed
  • You're hands-on and therefore in frequent contact with contact centre staff at all levels to understand performance drivers and staff motivation and challenge best practice
What you’ll bring

  • You've a degree in business administration or comparable training as well as comprehensive knowledge in customer service or sales as well as 5-6 years of professional experience in this field
  • You're characterised by a high level of analytical competence as well as a strong service and sales orientation
  • You're creative and you'll bring strong implementation skills as well as a high level of social competence and the ability to work in a team
  • A high affinity for entertainment content distinguishes you – you're a big film and series fan or passionate about watching live sport on TV
  • The implementation of identified measures in a spirit of partnership is one of your strengths
  • Negotiating skills and a high willingness to travel are a matter of course for you
  • Good written and spoken German & English round off your profile
