What you’ll do
- You`ll support a product and/or a value stream in the life cycle of Sky customers and develop the most important use cases for them together with the relevant departments
- In doing so, you'll make a central contribution to the consideration and balancing of customer satisfaction and relevant company key figures
- You'll work out the functional requirements from these use cases, check them with the relevant roles involved in the Agile Release Train, such as IT architects and relevant product managers, and then hand them over to the product owner as the starting point for product development
- In your role in the Agile Release Train, you're an important part of the continuous product development chain by prioritising requirements, ensuring continuous product delivery, quality management and actively bridging the gap to the business unit, for example by showcasing in demos
- Coordination, further development and constant maintenance of the product-specific roadmap is also part of your area of responsibility
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree and 5-6 years of professional experience in product management or a similar function
- You're used to working as an interface with a variety of clients and stakeholders and to contributing your proactive and solution-oriented way of working
- You can think strategically and solve operational issues pragmatically at the same time
- You're quick on the uptake, results-oriented, have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of complex processes
- Your strengths include a high level of dedication and initiative and you accompany our transformation process with a positive approach that is open to change
- You'll bring experience with agile tools in digital collaboration (Jira / Confluence) as well as good knowledge of MS Office
- You enjoy constant intercultural cooperation
- Good English skills round off your profile
