What you’ll do
- In Program Management, you'll be involved in cross-functional programs across Product & Technology
- As a communicative interface with all business units of Sky Germany as well as teams of the Sky Group you'll represent the interests of Product & Tech
- You're responsible for planning & implementation of the delivery plan and program budgets and keep the top management team up to date
- You continuously coordinate the respective project teams and work closely with internal and external stakeholders (technical and business units)
- You also support the project teams in case of challenges and, for example, take over the coordination in finding solutions around technical topics
- In the annual budget process, you're involved in the budget planning of business-critical programs – in coordination with the relevant stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- You've a university degree and at least 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in the field of Project and Program Management
- Your personality shows presence and assertiveness – you can convince management as well as technical colleagues and business stakeholders
- Success in customer and service-oriented projects sets you apart from others – combining the needs of our customers, compliance with the technical framework and a smooth E2E delivery chain are no problem for you
- A good technical understanding as well as first experience in dealing with other technical teams & service providers characterize you
- Ideally, you've already gained experience in both waterfall and agile projects and you act confidently within the framework of both methods
- Your strengths include perseverance, resilience and enthusiasm – at the same time you score with empathy and inspire your environment with your can-do mentality
- You describe your written and spoken English skills as good
