We're looking for you to join the Governance team limited to 2 years.
What you’ll do
- You'll take care of the coordination of new and existing supplier relationships and support our local and group-wide teams
- In addition, you're responsible for setting up and maintaining a division-wide contract register
- You keep track of recurring as well as expiring contracts and actively support the contract owners in extensions
- You'll be involved in contract negotiations and work closely with the contract owners within CT&P to achieve the best possible outcome
- You'll hand over the negotiated contracts to the Commercial Operations Managers for contract award and support the governance team in their absence
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree in Economics and at least 5-6 years of experience in Finance, Controlling and Planning – Legal knowledge is a plus
- With your professional experience, you not only bring expertise in contract negotiations and supplier management, but also business knowledge combined with a fundamental understanding of Finance and Controlling processes
- Strategic thinking, sound analytical skills and the coordination of complex processes are a matter of course for you
- You've the ability to produce high quality results under time pressure and it's easy for you to maintain relationships with key contacts
- Good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
